Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise you will be charged in full for your service. If you purchased a Laser Package with us, and NO SHOW for your appointment, you will lose a session from your package. Our staff works very hard, and will be paid for their time. 

Refund Policys 

Services and Packages are Non-Refundable. 

If you are moving, or don't want to receive the service anymore, you may use the package as a credit towards other services or products.

If you purchased a package through one of our independent contractors (booth renters), then you may only use your credit towards services and products offered by that particular provider. 

Marcy Retail and services will not be an option, unless you purchased a package directly through us.

Gift Cards 

Gift Cards are Non-Refundable and purchases are final. 

Retail

Retail is returnable within 7 days of purchasing. 

*There will be NO exception after 7 days.*

Opened Retail will not be accepted back.
